Legare "Lee" Duke, Certified Residential Appraiser

Lee grew up in Beaufort and Hilton Head. After getting his BS in Finance at Clemson, he moved to Charleston and soon after began his apprenticeship in residential appraisaing. Lee has over 12 years experience in residential appraising.

Nathan Ward, Certified Residential Appraiser

Nathan is from Lexington, SC and received a degree in psychology from the College of Charleston. After working a couple of years at the Charleston County Public Defender's office, he began working for Port City Appraisals.
